Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, return it for any reason.

Office Supplies: Office supplies may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date or exchanged for an identical item with your original receipt. Please call 888.898.9626 for all returns all returns must be in as-new condition, and the original packaging, complete with manuals registrations cards, and accessories.

Please be aware that we are unable to accept returns for any liquid hand sanitizers or food products due to safety concerns.

Ink and Toner Cartridges: Ink and toner cartridges may be returned in the original, unopened packaging within 14 days of the original purchase date. Opened or expired ink and toner cartridges will not be eligible for return.

Technology: Brown’s Office Centre will only accept the return of technology products in the original packaging (including all accessories and manuals) within 15 days of the original purchase date. Opened technology returned within the 14 day period will offer an exchange only. Defective technology items may be exchanged for the same item within 14 days of the original purchase date. Warranties for technology items are covered by manufactories warranty unless stated otherwise by Brown’s Office Centre.

Furniture: Furniture may be returned in the original packaging (including all components and manuals) within 14 days of the original purchase date. Special Order, Custom Items and Manufacturer Direct items cannot be returned.

Refunds: Refunds will be made in the same form of payment used for the purchase. Refunds for credit card purchases will only be refunded to the same card used for the original purchase. Brown’s Office Centre has the right to refuse any refund.
